檜の一枚板に、八席だけ。A single slab of hinoki. Eight seats.
大将の手元がすべて見える距離で。会話はほどほどに、鮨に集中していただけるよう、席の間合いをゆったりと。Close enough to watch every movement of the itamae. Space enough to focus on the sushi.
